Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from Estero, Florida via USPS (United States Postal Service) or DHL.

 

How long does it take for my order to ship?

We process and fulfill orders Monday - Sunday. Orders need to be received by 3 pm eastern time in order to ship the same day. Orders received on Sunday will ship the following day in the morning.

 

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email info@iambabes.com and one of our team members will fix it for you.

 

How can I track my package?

Tracking is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received it, please contact us at info@iambabes.com with your order number and we will get back to you shortly.

 

My order was confirmed but I got an email saying I have received a refund. What does this mean?

The item (s) you ordered were in high demand and sold out between the time you placed the order and when it was processed.

 

Do you issue refunds?

We do not provide refunds for returns. Instead, when you return an item (s) you will receive a store credit gift card via email. You will use the gift card code to purchase your desired exchange. It is very easy and simple to use. 

 

What are the shipping rates?

United States:

-Priority Mail (1-2 business days) - $6

-Shipping on orders $100 or more- FREE

 

International:

-International Standard shipping (7-12 days) - $15

-International shipping on orders over $100 - FREE
